The parallelepiped Player meets the oval on the snow.
The weekend 11th/12th January 2014, saw the Di Prampero ski slope, in Tarvisio, as a the main character of the second international rugby tournament in the snow: the Snow Rugby 2014.
The event, sponsored by the Faar – FabbroArredi, saw 16 teams from Italy (Trento, Feltre, Trieste) and Europe (Villach, Munich) clash for the title of champions in the snow.
Against the backdrop of the snow-covered tournament has posted “Parallelepiped player” by Alfred de Locatelli, slipped like a totem in the snow, to indicate that the art and design that distinguishes the regional crafts can stand out in any environment.
The Snow Rugby is an event, now in its second edition, which adapts the famous sports in the snowy field. The game is developed in two stages by 10′ with two teams of 5 players one and flying changes.
The event was accompanied by the famous third half with music and regional specialties.
