Inside this home with a modern feel, the main layout is enhanced by the inclusion of “compressed” spaces alternating with the double-height space of the connection to the upper floor. Soft natural light floods in from above.
The combined storage and stairs on one side and the built-in wardrobe/bookcase on the other direct the flow into the living area, which looks directly onto the inner courtyard on two sides. The staircase was a design within a design: an open style positioned centrally to the other spaces, it features a drawer base running along its entire length and which incorporates the first three steps, whose seamless Corian covering integrates them uniformly with the finish of the entire storage unit.
