Info Point – Friuli Venezia Giulia

The PromoturismoFVG Info Point project stems from the need to create a recognizable and contemporary visitor reception system capable of adapting to the diverse contexts of the major cities in Friuli Venezia Giulia. As part of this program, Fabbro Arredi oversaw the creation of the furnishings and installations for several of the network’s Info Points, translating the design concept into a coordinated set of structures, storage units, and display elements. The project primarily focused on the reception area, featuring L-shaped counters with integrated work surfaces and storage systems designed to organize the various operational functions. The surfaces alternate between stainless steel, gray-toned laminates and steel-effect finishes, and light oak-effect finishes, complemented by red—a distinctive element of the project’s visual identity.
Particular attention was paid to the design of the storage units and merchandising displays, which were developed using a combination of plywood panels, three-layer solid fir wood, and laminates. The mobile display units, equipped with casters, were designed to ensure flexibility in space organization and to showcase the products on display.
The project also required the integration of various functional and technological elements: structures to house the monitors, cable channels, paneling, and shelves, in addition to coordinated graphic elements applied to the surfaces.
For Fabbro Arredi, the project represented a custom production and fabrication effort, in which woodworking, finishes, metal components, and technological integration came together to give concrete form to the project’s identity.
To complete the furnishings, Fabbro Arredi also handled the supply of window decals, nameplates, and coordinating adhesive elements, serving as the sole point of contact for the various components of the project. This approach made it possible to manage different production processes and supplies through a single point of contact, ensuring consistency across furnishings, materials, finishes, and branding. The result is a system coordinated down to every detail, in which Fabbro Arredi’s production and organizational capabilities translate into a comprehensive service.
